Delivery

When will my order ship?
All Mastiff garments are shipped with DPD tracked delivery.

  • Ready-to-ship pieces dispatch within 2–4 business days of purchase.

  • Made-to-order pieces (such as outerwear) require 1–2 weeks for production before dispatch.

Once your order has been sent, you will receive a tracking number by email to follow your delivery.


How long does delivery take?

  • Ireland: allow 2–4 business days after dispatch

  • Europe: allow 5–10 business days after dispatch

Most customers receive their orders sooner.

 

What are the delivery costs?
All Mastiff orders receive complimentary shipping as standard. 

 

Do you deliver internationally?
We only ship across Europe at the moment.

How can I track my order?
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing your DPD tracking number. This allows you to follow your delivery in real time from our studio to your door.

Returns

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on full-price Mastiff garments, provided they are in pristine condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all Mastiff tags and your District Pass certificate intact.

We cannot accept returns that show signs of wear, scent, alteration, or damage. Any item returned outside these conditions will be declined and sent back to you.

 

How do I return an item?
To request a return:

  1. Email us at returns@mastiffdistrict.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Once your request is approved, we will provide the return address and instructions by email.

  3. You may arrange your own courier, or request a prepaid return label. If you choose a prepaid label, the cost will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds are issued once the garment has passed inspection. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the funds.

 

Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is free for faulty items. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

 

Can I exchange an item?
Exchanges are possible in certain cases, depending on availability. Because Mastiff garments are produced in extremely limited runs, we cannot guarantee the size or style you want will still be in stock.

If you wish to exchange an item, please email us within 14 days of delivery. If your preferred piece is available, we will arrange the exchange once your original garment has been returned and inspected.

 

How long does it take to receive my refund? 
Once your return has been approved and the garment passes inspection, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds are processed immediately on our side, but your bank or card provider may take up to 10 business days to credit the funds back to your account. Most customers see the refund appear sooner.
